We have identified the qualities that we believe our services must possess in order to effectively meet the needs of the people we support. They are the standards we use when evaluating the quality of our services. They are at the “heart” of what we do and they guide our efforts each day.

Health/Safety – The people we support are living a safe and healthy life.

Efficiency – Our time spent providing services is filled with teaching the skills and providing the supports that have been outlined in the service plan developed by the service recipient and their team.

Accessibility – Service recipients get the services they want at the times they want and they can speak to someone at New Choices anytime.

Respect – Service recipients are treated respectfully, their rights are respected and they make as many of the choices in their life as possible.

Teaching/Support – We are effectively teaching the skills service recipients want to learn and we are providing the necessary supports to help them be successful while learning to live more independently.
